Why is there a reshipment fee?

As a small independent Finnish skincare brand, every shipment involves real shipping and handling costs.

When a parcel is left unclaimed, we are charged for the original shipment, the return shipment, and the new shipment. Because of these additional costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer complimentary reshipments.

This policy also helps reduce unnecessary transportation and supports our commitment to more sustainable shipping practices.

Before placing your reshipment order

• This service is only for resending an existing order that has been returned to us as unclaimed.
• New products cannot be added to the reshipment order.
• Once you have purchased the reshipment service, please email us at info@henua,fi with your original order number so we can process your shipment as quickly as possible.
