DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is between 4 to 10 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays but may take up to 2-5 business days during peak seasons. The delivery times do account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, strikes by local post offices or import companies or delays resulting from  international customs issues, or any additional duties or taxes your country may require. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.

Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If you fail to do so within the timeframe required by the carrier  (usually 7 days), the goods will be returned to us and you will be responsible for all charges incurred for redelivery of the goods.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

There may be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Henua Organics is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

Important notice for our U.S. customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, the de minimis exemption (which previously allowed goods valued under $800 USD to enter the United States without duties or taxes) will end on August 29, 2025. This means that all shipments from abroad, regardless of value, may be subject to customs duties, processing fees, and applicable state taxes upon arrival. For skincare and cosmetic products (HS code 33049900, origin EU/Finland), the duty rate is currently expected to be low or zero, but additional fees may still apply depending on the shipping method (postal service vs. courier) and the customer’s state of residence. We recommend that you check local regulations and be prepared for potential extra costs when your order is delivered.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order.

How to Start a Return or Withdrawal

Returning Your Items

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the products back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging

This requirement does not apply if the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Please include proof of purchase or your order number with your return.

Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds for products purchased through our retail partners. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.henuaofficial.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including any customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges. These costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid for your original order. Any additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@henua.fi. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened or used after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been sealed and the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any personalised or custom-made products, if offered.

RETURNS

Returns must be  made within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of this 14 day period.   

Outlet products do not have any return options.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this requirement pertains to damaged or defective items.

We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds are available only for purchases made through www.henuaofficial.com

Please note that customer covers shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes (these are not eligible for refund). We will usually refund your order within 7 days within receipt of the returned goods to  our warehouse but please allow up to 30 for the processing a refund as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm  that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..

When you return a product/s, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you received products that were damaged during the delivery, please immediately contact info@henua.fi

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point and is automatically returned to us, we will handle the order as follows:

Finland

  • If you do not wish to have the parcel reshipped, we will refund the product purchase amount minus a 10€ return and handling fee.

  • If you would like the parcel to be reshipped, please order the reshipping here and contact us at info@henua.fi

EU countries

  • If you do not wish to have the parcel reshipped, we will refund the product purchase amount minus a 20€ return and handling fee.
