By accessing our website or purchasing products from our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Henua website and online store provide information about Henua Organics, our products and services and enable customers to purchase Henua products online.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue parts of the website or its content at any time.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order through our online store.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to present our products, ingredients, descriptions, images and other information as accurately as possible.

Product packaging, appearance or other minor details may occasionally differ from images displayed online.

All products are subject to availability.

Products purchased through our online store are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with Henua in writing. Products may not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

A binding purchase agreement is formed when we accept your order and send you a shipping confirmation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or suspected unauthorised resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or applicable to your market.

For orders subject to Finnish VAT, cosmetics are currently subject to the applicable Finnish standard VAT rate of 25.5%.

VAT and other applicable taxes may vary depending on the customer's delivery destination and applicable tax legislation. The final price and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order and offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

6. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs regulations and charges vary between countries. Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements before placing an order.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Henua does not store full payment card details on its own systems.

Payment may be subject to authorisation and fraud-prevention checks by the relevant payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Gift cards and valid discount codes may be entered at checkout in accordance with their applicable terms.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed on our Shipping & Returns page and/or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays or force majeure events.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period in accordance with the instructions provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Returned products must comply with the conditions permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, this will be communicated before purchase as required by applicable law.

Nothing in our return policy limits your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Skincare products may affect individuals differently.

Information provided on our website is intended for general cosmetic and informational purposes and is not medical advice.

Ingredient information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the product ingredient list carefully before use.

Discontinuing use of a product may be appropriate if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that apply to defective or non-conforming products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or a purchase made through the Henua online store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Helsinki District Court, Finland, as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections granted to you under applicable consumer protection legislation, including any statutory right to bring proceedings before another competent court.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect when the order is placed.
