As part of our continuous efforts to provide you with the best products and services, we have made significant improvements in our production and packaging.
We are pleased to inform you that these changes have allowed us to lower the prices of our beloved skincare products!
In-house production
We recently underwent an extensive audit conducted by Ecocert, a globally recognized certification body for organic and natural products. In addition to the fact that since day one, all our products have had a Ecocert Cosmos Organic Certificate, we are proud to announce that we have received permission to manufacture our own products in-house, a significant milestone for our company.
This achievement comes with several remarkable benefits that we would like to highlight:
Enhanced Quality Control: With in-house production, we have gained full control over the manufacturing process, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Increased Availability and Flexibility: By manufacturing our own products in-house, we have greater control over production capacity and lead times. This allows us to respond more efficiently to customer demand, and ensure fresh products. Additionally, our improved flexibility enables us to introduce new products more quickly, providing you with an even broader range of options to suit your skincare needs (Psst. more exciting news coming later this year).
Lowered Product Pricing: One of the most significant advantages of our in-house production is the ability to optimize costs. As a result, we are delighted to announce that we can pass on these savings to you in the form of lowered product pricing. This means you can continue to enjoy the same exceptional quality at a more affordable cost, without compromising on our commitment to organic and natural skincare.
New Packaging
New packaging will gradually change over the course of this Autumn. The new packaging retains the same visual elements that you have come to recognize and associate with Henua. Our new packaging now features a convenient open-from-the-top design, protects better from light, and takes less shelf space due to a smaller size.
Rest assured, this change does not compromise the quality or integrity of our products; it simply allows us to optimize our production process and pass the cost savings on to our valued customers.
Our commitment to sustainability remains strong. We have once again incorporated eco-friendly materials to contribute to a greener future.
Please note that while the packaging has been updated, the product inside remains the same trusted formula that you know and love, and the same goes with our beautiful, frosted bottles. Our commitment to quality and effectiveness remains unwavering.
With these two major changes, in-house production and packaging enhancements, we have been able to reduce costs, and ultimately pass these savings on to our retail pricing.
