Beauty Boosting Recipe: Delicious Sea Buckthorn Cheese Cake

Sea buckthorn, a vibrant orange berry, is a nutritional powerhouse with numerous health benefits.

200 gr Digestive cookies (or crackers of your choice)

100 gr melted butter



5 gelatin sheets

2 dl whipping cream 

200 gr cream cheese (preferred orange flavour)

300 gr sea buckthorn jam

0,5 dl orange juice



Crust: place all the crackers and melted butter into the food processor and blend until well mixed. Press the base mixture into the mold. Place it into the freezer while making the filling.


Place the gelatin sheet in cold water for 10 mins. Whisk the whipping cream, add cream cheese and sea buckthorn jam with whipped cream and blend well together. Heat orange juice, add the gelatin sheets into the boiling juice. Blend the juice and rest of the prepared fillings all together. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and refrigerate overnight.
