Beauty Boosting Recipe: Healthy Oat pancakes

Oats are an incredibly nutritious food packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. As a matter of fact, oats are among the healthiest grains on earth, and several studies have shown that oats have many health benefits. Eg. Oats has long been used to help treat dry and itchy skin and may help relieve symptoms of various skin conditions, including eczema.


Pancakes ingredients:

2,5 dl oats

2,5 dl coconut milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp olive oil

dash of salt

1 tbsp honey (optional)


Gardish with blueberries, bananas and maple syrap.


Mix all ingredients together.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add some butter to the pan and swirl to coat.

Drop the batter into the pan in 1 tablespoon portions, cooking 4 at a time.

Cook until the bottoms are golden brown , flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden-brown as well.
