makes 5 big pancakes
1 tbsp oat milk
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp rolled oat
Plus berries and agave syrap
1. Mash banana with almond milk in a bowl, and stir in egg as well. Mix until smooth.
2. Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil. Add pancake batter into the pan in 1/5 portions and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden-brown as well.
3. Top with berries and agave syrap.
