This recipe is super easy plus sugar-free and gluten-free!
Makes approx 20 cookies
2 dl almond flour
0,5 dl erythritol
½ tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ground ginger
½ baking powder
dash of ground cloves, salt and nutmeg
Stir first together the dry ingredients. Beat the butter, followed by an egg and then mix all of the ingredient together with a hand mixer. Roll out the dough and cut into cookie shapes and bake for 10-15 mins
One thing to mention is that it can be a bit of a challenge to transfer the cookies from a work surface to baking sheet, so I recommend to cut the cookies right on the baking sheet.
