Spinach has high in vitamin C which is crucial for the building and maintenance of collagen, which provides structure to skin.
1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
100gr fresh spinach leaves
1 vegetable bouillon cube
200ml coconut cream
salt to taste
Place broccoli florets and spinach leaves into pot, pour water until florets are covered and add vegetable bouillon cube. Bring to boil and simmer until broccoli is soft (approx 45min).
Use hand mixer to blend until pureed and add coconut cream and salt to taste.
