Beauty Boosting Recipe: Healthy oat-banana-nut cookies
These cookies are not only super simple to make but also healthy!
All you need is:
2 ripe bananas
2 dl of uncooked gluten-free oats
2 handful of crushed nuts
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
As we know, oats are an incredibly nutritious food packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
As a matter of fact, oats are among the healthiest grains on earth, and several studies have shown that oats have many health benefits.
Pre-heat oven 200C
Combine mashed bananas, oats, crushed nuts and vanilla in a bowl.
Place a tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet - makes 10 cookies.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
